In Devour, there is a map called Asylum. It was released in the 1.0 update on 24 October 2017 and can be accessed through either Evelyn’s or Michael’s safe house. The key to completing this map is to find all of the prisoners you have rescued from your first visit with Ashley as well as any additional ones that may appear during subsequent visits, which will allow for some new dialogue options when speaking with her about taking down Kingpin Incorporated for good – but it won’t be easy!е

The Asylum features two distinct mechanisms that players must learn to deal with. The first are rats: as noted by psychiatrists throughout the Asylum map, Molly enjoys rat-mutilation, therefore it should come as no surprise that they will be crucial to finishing this map.

The fuse box and the fuses it requires are the second mechanic. In order to begin the exorcism in earnest, players will need to pull a breaker in the ritual chamber, as well as every time they try to sacrifice a rat. Players will need to discover 10 rats and eleven fuses in all.

The Asylum also includes a new enemy: wheelchair-bound ghouls that will try to murder players by wheeling after them. When combined with Molly hunting, these two elements have the potential to be lethal. The Starting Point

Players begin The Asylum on an elevator in one of the psychiatric hospitals. After exiting the elevator, go down the corridor until it forks to the right. Check the second door on the right for a closer look at the wheelchair ghouls you’ll be blasting with your torch, and take the key beside it. The wheels are turning, but no one is home yet, so don’t be concerned.

Players may exit the first ward by ascending the stairs to the right, where they will discover a fireplace. To the right, immediately before the fireplace, lies the entrance to the ritual chamber. Before doing anything, walk down and knock over the garbage can to spawn rats, then take a close look around the ritual chamber. The true map starts when the switch beneath the table where Molly is resting is pressed, though players are safe before doing so.

Gather fuses, platters, batteries, and, if you’re playing with others, med packs throughout this period. Before starting the level, players should be able to discover roughly eight fuses, but more will not spawn until the map progresses. Place the first fuse in the box and turn it on when you’ve gathered all of the components.

Players may all catch a rat before the first fuse that begins the purification is pulled if they are in a team of four. This permits teams to collect rats, pull the breaker, and then sacrifice the rats one at a time in the early stages of the ritual. By knocking over garbage cans placed around the Asylum, more rats are spawned: there are presently four trash cans in total throughout the level.

This will accelerate the ritual by one level, enraging Molly even more while getting the players closer to putting an end to the possession. Calming Molly in the Asylum may aid in the early parts of the ritual, but it will do nothing to reduce her speed and aggressiveness in the latter phases.

Keys are required to roam freely about the Asylum, although their placement is arbitrary (except the first one you grab near spawn). Because platters, batteries, med packs, and fuses all regenerate after use, the cultists may need to retrace across the labyrinthine structure if they run out of fuses.

Countdown to the End

Players should get used to moving platters over the map and collecting rats with reasonable ease. At this point, the most pressing problem is either provoking Molly Jackson into a hunt or being flanked by a wheelchair. Windows begin cracking during the seventh stage of the ritual, signaling that the challenge is increasing while also providing a few jump scares.

Molly Jackson gets significantly more difficult to calm as players reach the seventh level. Three staggers are required to calm her, with a cooldown in between, and she is now quicker than the player. To provide a quick turnaround for goals, leave the rat tunnels closest to the ritual chamber unused until these latter phases.

Molly continues her quest in the ninth stage, regardless of whether or not she has previously taken out a player. Furthermore, pacifying Molly at the ninth ritual step will only provide a little respite before she resumes her rampage.

If done correctly, but immediately after doing so go into Power Saber Mode which will make every lightsaber effective again
