20 Most Outgoing & Extroverted Anime Characters Of All Time –

Anime is a Japanese style of animation that has gained global popularity. Some characters are more outgoing than others, and some are even EXTRAORDINARILY outgoing! Here’s our top 20 most out going anime characters ever!

The “most blunt anime characters” are the most outgoing and extroverted anime characters of all time. They have a personality that is not afraid to speak their mind, which leads them to be very popular in real life.

20 Most Outgoing & Extroverted Anime Characters Of All Time –

It might be challenging to make new acquaintances.

It may also seem like a FromSoftware experience if you’re an introvert.

So now is the time to live vicariously via anime (as always). These are my top choices for the most outgoing anime characters money can buy!

20. Bulat

Bulat in Akame ga Kill! anime

Akame ga Kill! is a Japanese anime.

Bulat is the only figure who can make bro culture look like a good thing.

Even if you’ve just met him yesterday, he’ll do all he can to make you feel at ease.

I find it difficult not to like this man, from sparring sessions to pleasant words and a charming chuckle. Bulat was even listed as a husbando by the main character, who mostly ignored the waifus surrounding him.

Even as someone who doesn’t watch a lot of yaoi stuff, I have to admit that I agree with his choice. Bulat is a massive slab of pie that will transform your life.

He also makes it tough to recall that this is a drama about assassins and that murder is all around us.

Katarina Claes, 19

Katarina Claes from My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!

All Roads Lead to Doom! Anime: My Next Life as a Villainess:

Katarina was confident she’d wind up as the antagonist in her narrative, but she couldn’t have been more wrong.

She has a personality that is akin to that of a cupcake. And, for the first time in my life, I thought the harem component was completely logical. Because it’s only natural for everyone to fall head over heels in love with her.

Even if you’ve just met, she’ll make it her mission to assist you in overcoming whatever obstacles that life has thrown your way. She’s been so constant in this respect that she almost seems to be a saint.

Laurent Thierry, age 18

Laurent Thierry Great Pretender anime screenshot

Great Pretender (anime)

Laurent is an exception on this list since he is far from wholesome.

He’s a scheming jerk who enjoys seeing the people around him dance on his strings. But you won’t be able to have that kind of effect if you stick to yourself.

Laurent has an enticing charm that can draw in just about anybody.

You’d be snatching his wallet one second and following him to another the next — he’s that amazing.

And it’s interesting to witness how fast he converts every stranger who crosses his path into an unwilling partner when he’s on a mission. He’s not the nicest guy in the world, but he’s got some abilities.

17. Asta

Asta from Black Clover anime

Black Clover is a Japanese anime series.

I’ll try not to overload you with too many shounen protagonists since they’re almost all extroverts.

Asta, on the other hand, is much too extroverted not to be on here.

My guy has proposed so many times that his impassioned shouts have become the village’s church bells. And no matter how many times he’s been shot down, he simply gets up and tries again.

His attitude to daily life is no different, as he will tell everyone about his ambitions at any chance. If no one is there to hear him, he’ll simply shout it into the sky.

In general, there is a lot of yelling. But you have to hand it to him: he’s the beating heart of not just his team, but the Clover Kingdom as a whole.

16. Ryuujirou Kotobuki and Shinji Tokita

Shinji Tokita and Ryuujirou Kotobuki in Grand Blue anime

Grand Blue is a Japanese anime series.

Grand Blue is the place to go if you’re weary of high school anime and want something more relevant to you.

Its plot is set at college, and there is plenty of drinking to be had. Shinji and Ryuujirou, two brothers, are in the forefront of the liver abuse.

They’re doing their hardest to enjoy life to the fullest by partying hard, giving their all into their interests, and making as many friends as they can.

These two are as outgoing as they come, from the crazy parties to the shockingly human moments they share with the rest of the group. And I adore both of them.

15. Senku

Senku Dr. Stone anime screenshot

Dr. Stone (Anime)

Scientists are often characterized as introverts in the media. They like to be alone and only get company from their books.

Senku, on the other hand, is a unique character.

My boy has unflinching self-assurance, which is just as important to his survival as his high IQ. Within a week, he’ll be perfectly prepared to visit a community and become the leader.

He does this not via force, but with charm and resourcefulness. He understands what people want and positions himself as the most effective means of obtaining it.

He’s fully open about it, and everyone involved considers him a good friend. Take notice, producers, and give us more Chad scientists!

Osamu Dazai (#14)

Osamu Dazai from Bungo Stray Dogs anime

Bungo Stray Dogs is a Japanese anime series.

Dazai is the polar opposite of what his name suggests: he is melancholy and introverted.

He still tries to kill himself every ten minutes or so, but he does it with a smile on his face.

We can understand how important Dazai is to his organization after we get beyond the nonsense of that final statement.

He raises everyone up and provides the group an identity that I don’t believe they could have gotten any other way.

No matter how formidable the foe, you can always depend on Dazai to deliver a witty comment to lighten the mood.

Riki Nendou (age 13)

Riki Nendou in The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.

Anime: The Misadventures of Saiki K.

Nendou is one of my all-time favorite characters, and the reason is simple: he has a golden heart.

Despite the fact that he is represented as being fairly foolish, Nendou is one of the few characters that can rapidly brighten you up.

He’s open to accept almost anybody, never imposes anything on you, and expresses genuine gratitude for your presence.

Even though he generally does it by asking if you want ramen, the idea is still there!

This is why, despite his lack of popularity, I believe him to be much more charming and extroverted than Hairo. Nendou is an outspoken individual who wears his heart on his sleeve like a badge of pride.

God, I’m in love with this character!

12. Naru Kotoishi is a fictional character created by Naru Kotoishi

Naru Kotoishi Barakamon anime screenshot

Barakamon is a Japanese anime series.

Naru is one of those people that makes you nearly want to have a family. Almost.

Apart from the jokes, she’s a beam of sunshine, and I adore her.

She’s made it her own job to ensure everyone’s happiness. And you can bet she’ll remain by your side till all the nasty feelings go away.

She doesn’t give a damn what you think or how many times you kick her out — she’s immune to rejection.

This is fortunate since we may all benefit from having a Naru in our life.

Mei Hatsume (#11)

Mei Hatsume from My Hero Academia anime

My Hero Academia is an anime series based on the manga My Hero Academia.

I’m certain that practically everyone on the planet could become a billionaire if they embraced Mei’s mentality. She doesn’t just go through the motions of the grind; she is the grind.

And she’s not going to let any discomfort get in the way of her job.

If you show even the tiniest interest in her job, she’ll get up up and personal with you. She’s also perfectly capable of delivering a live presentation in front of millions of people without flinching.

She’s so confident, in fact, that you have to wonder whether she really knows the notion of uncomfortable.

We adore a self-assured scientific queen.

10. Louis

Louis Beastars anime screenshot

Beastars is a Japanese animated series.

It’s time for a change of pace, as we turn our attention to a character who isn’t exactly bouncing for joy and seeing rainbows everywhere.

Louis has something to prove to the world and to himself, but he needs a platform to do it. As a result, he works around the clock to become a symbol for his kind.

Every day, he is the center of attention, and he is prospering. He understands how to command everyone’s respect, and he’d rather die than concede defeat.

Granted, he’s not the nicest guy on the block.

But, in my opinion, if you can take that kind of social pressure on a regular basis, you’re a great extrovert.

Naruto Uzumaki (Naruto Uzumaki) (Naruto U

Naruto Uzumaki from Naruto anime

Naruto is a Japanese anime series.

We all like making jokes about Naruto and his speak no jutsu. But, to be honest, pulling anything like that off requires a lot of expertise.

It also requires a degree of extroversion that I’m not yet prepared to comprehend.

Seriously, how can you be in a life-or-death situation and say to yourself, “I wonder what made this guy evil?” “How can I assist?”

And, although we know he was a loner as a child, his personality was not the problem.

My buddy was shouting his lungs out, ready to pall with anybody that came within hearing distance.

8. Kafuka Fuura (Kafuka Fuura)

Kafuka Fuura in Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei anime

Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei is a Japanese anime series.

Kafuka is the most upbeat person in the planet. Even the most difficult events don’t bother her since she always finds a way to see the bright side and relieve the stress.

Isn’t her positivity a little disconcerting at times? Yes.

But has she ever displayed any signs of shyness or introversion in her life? No way.

Even if you have a gun to your head, Kafuka will approach you and try to befriend you. It’s really enthralling.

If you read the manga, it’ll probably screw with your mind (and tear ducts).

Koro-Sensei is number seven.

Koro-Sensei Assassination Classroom anime screenshot

Assassination Classroom (anime)

Koro-Sensei used to have that superficial charm that allowed him to easily approach his target. He could charm you with only a few words, yet he mostly stayed to himself.

The new Koro-Sensei, on the other hand, is entirely different.

He dedicates his whole life to befriending and instructing his pupils.

In fact, he’s so dedicated that if one of his prized kids has a problem, he won’t stop until it’s resolved.

He’s also a truly funny and kind character who’s difficult not to like.

Despite the fact that he is the antagonist of the program, he is the most popular character.

6. Tohru

Tohru from Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid

Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid is an anime series created by Miss Kobayashi.

Tohru is the sort of extrovert that picks a person and makes them their closest friend for life.

Tohru decided to commit her life to Kobayashi after just one drunken chat with her.

But it’s not as if she exclusively has Kobayashi’s best interests at heart. We can tell right away that she became friends with everyone in her neighborhood, as she used every shopping trip as an occasion to meet new people.

When you combine all of this with the fact that she befriends every dragon she encounters (regardless of whatever side they belong to), you have a social behemoth on your hands.

Tamaki Suou, No. 5

Tamaki Suou in Ouran High School Host Club anime

Ouran High School Host Club is a Japanese anime series.

Being an extrovert is a prerequisite if you’re going to lead a host club.

With so many females passing through every day, it would be an understatement to suggest Tamaki is socially competent.

He is passionate about his work and strives to make every woman feel like a queen.

Sure, he’s a narcissist who sometimes loses touch with reality. His remarks, however, are never said with malice.

He’s simply a flamboyant person who wants to perform and created a stage just for that reason.

He flourishes while connecting with his friends and wants everyone to pay attention to him.

4. Miria Harvent and Isaac Dian

Isaac Dian and Miria Harvent Baccano! anime screenshot

Baccano! is an anime series.

This nefarious combination is the silliest couple you’ll ever see.

They’re so bizarre and yet so assured that it’s difficult to know whether they’re idiots or geniuses.

They don’t understand (much less display) shyness, and after a two-minute talk, they’re eager to make you their bestie.

But most importantly, they enjoy spending time with one another.

You get the impression that they’ve never been apart, and it’s just wholesome beyond belief.

3. Haruhi Suzumiya (Haruhi Suzumiya)

Haruhi Suzumiya from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

Haruhi Suzumiya’s Melancholy (Anime)

If you’re familiar with the show’s premise, you’ll understand why Haruhi was forced to be an extrovert. Otherwise, a species of sentient books would most likely supplant humans.

Haruhi is almost arrogantly confident, as she will get in your face and say what she thinks, whether or not you know her.

Is she prone to going overboard? Absolutely.

But you can’t dispute that she has entire faith in herself. What enthusiasm for religion!

Mako Mankanshoku is the second book in the Mako Mankanshoku series.

Mako Mankanshoku in Kill la Kill anime

Kill la Kill is a Japanese anime series.

Mako is one of the most charming characters in anime. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: he is one of the most endearing characters in anime.

Even the adversaries grow to like her after a while since she’s such a sweetheart.

That’s primarily because she’s unashamedly herself. Except in that one instance, she never pretends to be someone she isn’t, and she wears her heart on her sleeve.

You’ll know whether she cares about you.

If she sees that you have nowhere else to go, she’ll adopt you and make you a member of her family.

One of the funniest characters I’ve ever seen and a real saint.

1. Kamina

Kamina from Gurren Lagann anime

Gurren Lagann is a Japanese anime series.

Kamina is, in my opinion, one of the most iconic anime characters ever created.

Despite the fact that he didn’t receive much screen time, he’s the kind of guy that sticks with you.

He’s brash, upbeat, and bursting at the seams with enough energy to power a small nation.

And when it comes to his pals, he’ll always make it a point to help them out.

His motivating lectures are some of the most goosebump-inducing I’ve ever heard. And his famous spectacles will undoubtedly be a part of the anime mythology for many decades to come.

The “energetic anime characters” are a group of people that are always up for anything. They love to party and have fun, even when they’re in the middle of battle.
