The Flash, Shazam 2, and More Get New Release Dates

Superheroes are in full swing with the release of a new Flash movie, Shazam 2 coming out this year, and more. There is also a ton of video game releases to get excited about on Xbox One X like Anthem: BioWare’s Next Big Thing for 2019.

The “black adam release date” is a new release date for the upcoming superhero movie. The film will be released on February 14, 2020.

Another batch of DC movies has had its release dates pushed back, while one has been brought ahead, in what is becoming the new standard for the DC Universe. The release dates for Black Adam, The Flash, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, Shazam! Fury of the Gods, and DC League of Super-Pets have been shuffled by Warner Bros. In February, Warner Bros. Pictures published a teaser video teasing the arrival of many of these films in 2022.

Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom and The Flash will now be released in cinemas on March 17 (the 34th anniversary of Tim Burton’s 1989 Batman picture) and June 23, respectively, this year. The visual effects for both films were delayed due to pandemic-related production delays. Given Michael Keaton’s involvement in the long-awaited film, as well as the involvement of many others, the anniversary is guaranteed to generate a lot of attention.

On July 29, 2022, DC League of Pets will take the place of Black Adam, which has been pushed back to October 21, 2022. Dwayne Johnson appears in both films.

Shazam! Fury of the Gods’ release date was bumped up to December 12, 2022, just in time for the holidays.

“We’re ecstatic to present Shazam! to you!” “This year, viewers will get Fury of the Gods as a Christmas present,” stated Jeff Goldstein (Warner Bros. President of domestic distribution). “It will appeal to families of all ages.”

Warner Bros. is also rescheduling a few of other non-DC projects. Timothée Chalamet’s Wonka has been moved back to December 15, 2023. On August 4, 2023, Meg 2: The Trench will be released in cinemas.
