Finally, a PC Case with Real Cow Leather

The Bum Case is a PC case that combines natural materials from the animal kingdom with modern technology to form an all-natural and more sustainable computer casing. Though, it may seem like this new product just came out of nowhere, there are actually dozens of other cases on the market using similar methods for their construction. However, none have used cow skin as extensively or effectively as The Bum Case has done so far.

The “what is case fan” is a PC Case with Real Cow Leather. It’s made of real cow leather and comes in a variety of colors. It has a removable front panel that can be replaced with an optional tempered glass panel.

Have you ever been working on a project and thought to yourself, “Man, this system could use some genuine cowhide.” Of course you have, which is why Geometric Future, a Hong Kong-based firm, has introduced a case that does just that.

Geometric Future has created the Model 8 Cowboy, a stylish PC box with genuine, 2-millimeter-thick leather on the top I/O panel and side panels, as reported by local publication HKEPC. The case is 500 x 230 x 500 mm (19.7 x 9.1 x 19.7 inches) in size, and it can accommodate E-ATX motherboards in addition to ATX, Micro ATX, and Mini ITX motherboards. Users who want a better view of their shrouds and fans may mount graphics cards vertically on the Model 8 Cowboy.

Geometric Future can confirm that the leather on the Model 8 Cowboy is genuine cow leather, which means that the color will darken with time. However, owners will want to keep it out of the sun to avoid cracking and other unpleasant damage. HKEPC also claims that it will emit a leather odor, which would undoubtedly enhance the realism of Western games like Red Dead Redemption 2.

The Model 8 Cowboy is priced at HK$1,099 (about $140).
